this post may actually about a party (besday party) or specifically about a recipe im just newly treasure heheh..
fortnight before
we having a party to celebrate both of my frens MY's and Bol's birthday... we actually planned a suprise for both of them but lastly had to inform them about the party to make sure they are in campus...( because at that time duit JPA just credited in our account, so most of the student suddenly became shopaholic and outingholic heheh).
ok done wit that, after a few discussion, we decided to make Nasi Lemak and samosa..( both of them are my idea hahah) ..
so i search la the samosa recipe in internet.. ( act i really want to eat samosa, after a few year i didnt taste it, i always thougt about my mother's samosa, pergh so delicious, thats why i pointed to them about considering samosa as one of our dishes ) hehhe.. this is the recipe that i got from my mother..
Resepi samosa
inti (contents)
1 big onion
2 garlic
3-5 biji kentang ( dipotong dadu)
serbuk kurma (sepatutnya guna serbuk kari tp mak aku guna serbuk kurma coz she said the taste is better)
daging cincang
salt and sugar as u like..
kulit samosa( samosa's skin)
kulit popia ( can buy at any convinient store,tesco and giant pun ade)
steps:
firstly.. cut the potato to cube size.. (no restriction abot the size of cube but in physic concept, the bigger the space area (means the smaller size of cube) the easier the potato to lembut)
then bancuh the kurma powder wit little bit of water..
2ndly.. heat the pan.. and fry onion and garlic until the odour release..
put the kurma solution in the pan.. fry until the kurma solution masak....
caution: the kurma must be fried until really masak, it is to avoid a disease called SAKET PEROT
3rdly ..after the kurma is already masak... put the potato in the pan/wok..
wait until the potato become soft and ready to eat. dont forget to put salt as u like.

4thly..(packaging the so called samosa)
cut the popiah skin to two part.. then do triangle.
i also don know how to make the samosa to be a triangle.. i do the samosa in irregular shape
For this process: if u don know how to lipat it to be triangle.. u can do whatever shape do you wan, as long as the inti not coming out. is it ok?
last step is.. frying the samosa! yeay u can eat it now..

there also nasi lemak in the party.. but the recipe u can find by urself in the internet.. heheh
last but not least as the dessert, we also prepare pudding one day before the party... there are image of ikan bilis and pudding.

Kalau kawan2 notice, post kali ni sebenarnya narrowed to food. Mention about foods, sebenarnye bayak pepatah yang berkaitan tentang food yang memang selalu didengar.. ader orang kata....

ei jangan makan banyak2 nnt dapat banyak penyakit, sebab datangnya penyakit ni dari apa yang kita makan
dan berbagai2 lagi orang cakap tentang makanan.. tapi pada pandangan aku.. aku sokong dua2 penyataan kat atas.. makn la slagi lalu..dah tue makan ape pon x lalu (bak kata aku punye grandma) , tapi kawal la makanan anda.. jgn la terlalu banyak dan makanan tidak sihat.
seperti sunnah nabi,
makanla sebelom lapar, dan berhentila sebelom kenyang.
x ke effective cam tu.. kan kan..
frankly, makan is one one of source of energy.. we eat to make ibadah actually.. x kesahla.. ibada khusus ke am ke.. asalkan niat kerana Allah tanpa melanggar hukum syarak yang lain (ingat! niat x menghalalkan cara)
